A selection of medical communications and event engagements delivered end to end for pharma brand teams — from a 21-city nationwide health mission to a four-city product launch. Each one scoped, staffed, and closed out the way we run every project.
A nationwide mission to build awareness of iron deficiency anaemia, taken directly to doctors and consumers across India.
Run with the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) and Procter & Gamble India, the Yatra was one of the largest public-health outreach campaigns we've delivered. Over 40 days it covered 21 cities, pairing CMEs for doctors with public health camps and open forums for consumers during the same day's stop.
By the close of the campaign, over 2,000 doctors and 5,000 consumers had been directly sensitised on anaemia awareness and management. Actress Karishma Kapoor fronted the campaign and launched the Yatra, giving it a public face that carried across cities and media.
A curated, multi-city masterclass series pairing expert faculty with a closely managed delegate experience.
Working closely with Nestlé India, we planned and delivered a PAN-India series of masterclasses built around a distinguished panel of experts and a carefully curated group of 50 participants per session. The brief covered the full event build: stage fabrication, event design, hotel bookings, and gala dinner arrangements, alongside medical writing support for the case studies used in-session.
An interactive buzzer round was built into the format to keep the delegate group engaged through the technical content, rather than treating the science and the room experience as two separate problems.
A four-city Southern India product launch, built for both the trade room and the press.
For the Southern India launch of Gaviscon Double Action, we worked with Reckitt to build a program that could travel: consistent stage fabrication and event design carried across four cities — Chennai, Bangalore, Trivandrum, and Hyderabad — with hotel coordination handled city by city.
The launch included a press conference in Chennai and a press release in Hyderabad, plus an in-clinic launch kit that gave doctors something tangible to carry the launch forward after the events closed.
